We’re really easy to reach by road; if you’re using SATNAV, our postcode is S70 2NT. We’re located off Summer Lane that leads from Barnsley town centre main roundabout taking you up to the Barnsley District Hospital. It looks like a back alley, though this is an adopted road, head to the top of this short road and you come to our site at the very top on the left.
We have a large, free car park for our customers on site.

This is a modern, purpose-built store facility with 24-hour access available and free onsite WiFi if required. The site is monitored by 24 hour recorded CCTV. It’s easy to load and unload your storage room thanks to the carpark being directly outside the electric roller shutter gate.
Our indoor storage rooms are available in a wide range of sizes. Our 10 sq ft lockers are ideal if you need somewhere safe to keep your student belongings over the holidays, or to store excess household goods such as Christmas decorations, camping gear or sporting equipment. If you’re moving house or renovating your home and need somewhere to keep your furniture safe and dry, choose a space between 25 sq ft and 150 sq ft (we have larger units potentially) depending on the size of your house.

Why Barnsley?
Barnsley is a large market town in South Yorkshire.
Barnsley’s former industries include linen, coal mining, glassmaking and textiles. These declined in the 20th century, but Barnsley’s culture is rooted in its industrial heritage and it has a tradition of brass bands, originally created as social clubs by its mining communities. It is also home of the Barnsley chop.
The town is on the M1 motorway and Barnsley Interchange railway station on the Hallam and Penistone Lines. Barnsley F.C. football club has competed in the second tier of English football for most of its history, but won the FA Cup in 1912 and competed in the Premier League during the 1997–98 season.
