The owner of this property in Sheffield had been putting off treating the damp to her property for several years as she thought it would be a large disruptive process
Our surveyor called out and explained the works thoroughly detailing his findings and recommendation’s on a written report which was produced free of charge
After a couple of days of consideration our customer gave us the go ahead
As you can see the work was carried out with minimal disruption and took only 2 days to complete
The plaster was removed to 1m and a dpc installed internally and externally
Cavity drain membrane was installed and plasterboards were fitted and skimmed
Existing skirting boards were refitted and replaced where necessary
